I need some info on STDS!?

I’ve been doing some research on the topic of certain STDS and just need as much information as possible.. here are my questions.

1.) I know you can get chlamydia and gonorrhea from oral sex, but does this mean it will ONLY effect your mouth/throat? Or can it transfer to other parts of your body and possibly cause issues such as infertility?

2.) Does anyone know the time frame of those types of STDS when it comes to creating more serious issues in the body? For example, say someone didn’t find out until a year later that they have gonorrhea.. would that be a serious health concern or not too much to worry about as long as you get it cured as soon as you discover you have it?

3.) And in that case, would you be able to tell a year after having one of those STDS that you have one? I know sometimes there are no signs but after more than a year, I would think there would be some hints/signs.

That’s all I’ve got for now, I appreciate all feedback :)
I wish you could have read my questions a little more thoroughly Angelica. I very well know all types of STD’s can be transmitted through intercourse, oral and anal.. that wasn’t my question. I am on birth control, and practice safe sex. I was asking questions that I was curious about, not that they necessarily pertain to myself.. I wasn’t asking for a lecture. I appreciate your attempt and effort to help me though :)
