it says "Occasionally the dye used during a hysterosalpingogram will push through and open a blocked tube". Does this mean flushing a clean stream of water in side the vagina/uterus can help clearing blocks in fallopian tubes. Sorry if I sound very stupid. Is such a treatment ever exist? I know a girl personally who conceived immediately after this diagnosis.

A hysterosalpingogram is done to:

Find a blocked fallopian tube. The test often is done for a woman who is having a hard time becoming pregnant. An infection may cause severe scarring of the fallopian tubes and block the tubes, preventing pregnancy. Occasionally the dye used during a hysterosalpingogram will push through and open a blocked tube.
Find problems in the uterus, such as an abnormal shape or structure, an injury, polyps, fibroids, adhesions, or a foreign object in the uterus. These types of problems may cause painful menstrual periods or repeated miscarriages.
See whether surgery to reverse a tubal ligation has been successful.

Rabbi Eliezer made a motion about "curing" eunuchs. Obviously, you would not cure a celibate holy man and you cannot cure a castrated man. Some people say "then the third type of eunuch refers to a man who was born with penis problems or was infertile." I thought that was a good point but you have to remember Rabbi Eliezer wanting to cure eunuchs. You can’t cure an infertile man, especially one that was born infertile (as the passage would imply taken that way). You most definitely could not even hope cure an infertile man at that time due to medical restrictions. Curing homosexuality would seem like a more logical answer, right? Also, in other literature at the time frame, the phrase "born eunuchs" was not used to refer to men with infertility or missing testicles but to men with "effeminate" behaviors (similar to today with gay men being seen as effeminate). So the third type of eunuch would refer to an effeminate man who should not marry women (the word homosexual did not exist in biblical times). Doesn’t that sound like a gay man to you? No homophobic responses. I’m looking for open minded and educated answers.

Nikki, then name the three times of eunuchs. You’ve got a celibate man, a castrated man, and a what? You have to remember that homosexuality is a modern term from the 1800s. It’s a concept that is still being defined and redefined. And for your information, I didn’t report anyone’s answers.
Bill C, thank you. That’s the kind of educated response I was looking for. Someone who could post background rather than just be homophobic. Multiple Greek words were mistranslated into English and that’s been proven and agreed on by biblical scholars (yet people continue to produce Bibles with the mistranslations).

But when I began researching Rabbi Eliezer, you can’t cure a man who was born with no testicles. So many people were quick to spout homophobic remarks. Thank you for actually reading my full post.
Freedom, are you crazy? Suicide rates in gay people are caused by depression due to discrimination by society. Often teen gays commit suicide because their families don’t accept them and may even through them out of the house or kill them. Heterosexual couples have the highest rates of domestic violence. 11% of Lesbians and 15% of Gay men report domestic violence. Depending on ethnic group, domestic violence in heterostexual couples range as high as 48% in the USA. The gay community has high stats of drug use but African-Americans have high crime rates (but we don’t discriminate against them and think all blacks are criminals so not all gays do drugs). You lied in your post and thus your answer can’t be trusted.
