Is there a true cure for (male) infertility?
I’ve heard rumours back and forth that there are drugs or supplements that can cure infertility but said rumours are fairly sketchy at best. However, if there is something real that can cure infertility, what is it and how could I acquire it? I kinda feel that its a pipe dream, but if there is any way to cure it my wife & I really want to be able to have a child.

Vitamins C, B12 and E. Also, wear loose pants and boxers, NOT briefs. It takes 10 – 11 wks to produce a new "batch" of sperm, so try to give these changes time. GL
If nothing works, Drs can take a sperm sample and do IUI or IVF.
Edit: The person above me is right too. Drugs including cigarettes, alcohol and caffine can be damaging to sperm.
I don’t know of a cure for infertility, yet I do know that there are certain things that can cause a man’s sperm count to become low, thus making it difficult to conceive.
For example, excessive use of caffeine can greatly reduce a man’s sperm count; even going in a hot tub (or exposure to high temperatures in general) regularly can kill your sperm supply.
My uncle and aunt have been trying to conceive for a few years now, and my uncle drinks about 3 pots of coffee a day in addition to his other drinks containing caffeine. My family suspects that this is the reason as to why they can’t get pregnant. Sometimes the solution is right under your nose, you just never know.
I’ve also watched a few documentaries on Discovery Health about infertility, and now a days there is a lot you can do to conceive although some procedures can be expensive. There is a procedure that some doctors do as a last resort, this is where they actually take a small piece of tissue from the testicles and extract sperm from it. They said that even if a man’s sperm count is almost nothing, there is still some sperm there. I found this pretty fascinating, because it gives many couples a good deal of hope.
I have also read that a man’s general health can be a great contributor to his sperm count, so things like being overweight, smoking, and drinking in excess can also be contributing factors.
Good luck to you and your wife.
